Calming OCD counselor. Gentle and inviting. Non-judgmental and warm. female you can trust.

Life doesn’t always go the way we expect.

Even positive changes can bring uncertainty, stress, or emotions we weren't prepared for. Maybe you're navigating a new chapter, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or intrusive thoughts, grieving a loss, or noticing patterns in your relationships you'd like to change. Maybe everything looks fine on the outside, but you're struggling more than people realize.

Whatever brings you here, you don't have to figure it all out on your own.

I work with young adults and adults navigating OCD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I'm especially interested in helping people who feel caught in cycles of overthinking, self-doubt, or behaviors they aren't quite sure how to change. I also support clients through grief, family difficulties, and challenges with emotional regulation.

One of my favorite parts of being a therapist is helping people connect the dots. Why do certain situations bring up such strong emotions? Why do we repeat the same patterns, even when we want things to be different? I believe that understanding ourselves means looking at the bigger picture, including our relationships, environments, and experiences. Sometimes, the ways we've learned to cope or protect ourselves can become the very things keeping us stuck. Recognizing those patterns can be an important first step toward change.

My approach is warm, curious, and collaborative. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), systems theory, and a trauma-informed perspective to help clients build self-awareness, develop practical coping skills, and make changes that carry into everyday life.

Above all, I want therapy to feel like a conversation where you can be yourself. You don't need to know exactly what to say, have everything figured out, or worry about being judged. I'll listen, ask questions, offer perspective, and work alongside you to find approaches that make sense for your needs. My goal is for you to leave our sessions feeling understood, supported, and more confident in handling what's ahead.

I welcome clients from all backgrounds and believe therapy should reflect each person's individual beliefs and values. For those who would like to incorporate their Christian faith into our work, I'm happy to make that part of the conversation.

Reaching out for support can feel intimidating, especially if you've never been to therapy before. I am here to make the rest of the process less intimidating.

You don't have to wait until things feel unmanageable or know where to start. We can figure that out together.
