“Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing we’ll ever do.”
— Brené Brown

If you're feeling anxious, burned out, emotionally stuck, or just not quite like yourself—you’re not alone.

I work with people who are navigating the pressure of trying to hold it all together while quietly struggling inside. You might be constantly second-guessing yourself, feeling like you're not enough, or carrying emotional baggage from your past that you can’t quite name—but can definitely feel. I want you to know: I’ve been there too. Growing up, I remember feeling overwhelmed by the expectation to be perfect, to have everything under control, and to hide the parts of myself that felt messy or vulnerable. That constant pressure can leave you feeling isolated, disconnected, and exhausted. It’s hard to carry that weight—especially when it feels like everyone else has it all figured out.

Many of the people I work with grew up in families where emotions weren’t talked about, where love felt conditional, or where they had to be the “responsible one,” “the peacemaker,” or “the achiever.” You may have had emotionally immature, unavailable, or unpredictable caregivers, and now you're left managing anxiety, perfectionism, shame, or a deep sense of disconnection—from others, and even from yourself.

My approach to therapy is grounded in relational psychotherapy, which means we focus on building a strong, supportive relationship where you feel safe to be authentic—no masks, no performance. I also bring in somatic work to help you reconnect with your body and emotions, and mindfulness to slow things down, build awareness, and ease overwhelm.

Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about understanding why you feel the way you do, naming and healing the deeper roots of anxiety or self-doubt, letting go of perfectionism and shame, learning to set boundaries without guilt, and rebuilding your relationship with yourself—from the inside out. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You don’t need to explain away or justify your pain. You just need a safe space.

Outside of the therapy room, I find joy in spending time with my dog, drinking good coffee, moving my body through yoga and strength training, and watching my favorite shows on repeat.
