Marriage Counseling & Couples Therapy

If your relationship feels stuck, distant, or caught in the same arguments, you’re not alone. Most couples wait longer than they want to before reaching out, but the fact that you’re here means something important: you care about your relationship.

I specialize in working with couples who want to reconnect, communicate better, and feel close again—emotionally and physically.

Whether you’re feeling disconnected, frustrated, or unsure how to move forward, therapy can help you break unhealthy patterns and create a stronger, more fulfilling relationship.

Common Reasons Couples Work With Me

Couples often come to therapy for:

  • Ongoing conflict or communication breakdown

  • Feeling more like roommates than partners

  • Loss of intimacy or sexual connection

  • Rebuilding trust after betrayal or infidelity

  • Differences in parenting or life priorities

  • Stress from life transitions (midlife, menopause, empty nest)

  • Wanting to strengthen an already good relationship

What It’s Like to Work With Me

I provide a calm, neutral space where both partners feel heard—without blame or taking sides.

Together, we will:

  • Identify the patterns keeping you stuck

  • Improve how you communicate and handle conflict

  • Rebuild emotional and physical intimacy

  • Strengthen trust, connection, and partnership

My approach is warm, practical, and focused on real change—not just talking about the same problems.

Real Life, Real Relationships

I’ve been married for 25 years and have raised a blended family, so I understand firsthand how complex relationships can be.

I also know that strong relationships don’t just happen—they’re built with intention, effort, and sometimes support along the way.

At home, I’m joined by my two dogs, Charlie and Remi, and I recharge by spending time near water, moving my body, and being with family.
